The anuual HOA meeting will be held Sunday June 28th at 3PM. The meeting will be held in the circle area of our street. Please bring chairs, water will be provided. If you have not paid your annual dues, you can pay by check at the meeting.

Neighborhood Security / Watch
Please keep an eye on your home and your neighbors. Please report any suspicious persons or vehicles to the Knoxville Police Department. There has been recent break in's in the neighborhood, so let's lookout for each others well being.
CCR & Bylaws Update
Every homeowner should have a copy of the Covenants and Bylaws. If you need a packet, please send your request via email to villageatbeardenhoa@gmail.com
Neighborhood Directory
The board is putting together a neighborhood directory. This will be summarized and distributed to homeowners, but not without your approval. This will also be used for HOA records and will be used to contact the homeowner and neighbors in case of an emergency (Fire, Missing Child, Missing Pet, Etc...)
